CR.NO.3/2018 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of the petitioner shall stay at Madurai and report before the Vilakkuthoon police station daily at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.10963 of 2018 dated 10.4.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.RANJITH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.10963 of 2018 dated 10.04.2018.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall stay at Madurai and report before the Vilakkuthoon Police Station daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10963 of 2018 dated 10.04.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the committal Court viz., the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kallakurichi on all hearing dates and subsequently, before the Sessions Court, where the case is committed,

without fail, unless his absence is condoned by filing the petition u/s 317 Cr.P.C.
