This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondent herein in Crl.O.P.No.14536 of 2022 dated 23.06.2022, in Crime No.53 of 2022, registered for the offences under Sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act, Section 506(ii) of IPC and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act. 2.

Heard both sides.

The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that the parties have amicably settled their issues and the prosecution witnesses have to be examined before the Trial Court.

In view of the compromise entered between the parties, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
