W.M.P.No.24675 of 2022 has been filed to direct the Registry of this Court to permit to withdraw the balance sum of Rs.3,61,057.50 by way of cheque in the name of "C.Prabhakara Rao" in compliance with the direction in order dated 28.09.2021 in W.P.No.34933 of 2014.

2. W.M.P.No.24676 of 2022 has been filed to direct the respondent Corporation to pay a sum of Rs.5,30,428.50 to the petitioner in compliance with the direction in order dated 28.09.2021 in W.P.No.34933 of 2014.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that whatever the amount entitled to the workman already settled and as such there is no more further claim.

4. Recording the said submission, both Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
