This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of four weeks imposed by this Hon'ble court in Crl.O.P.No.17708 of 2022 by an order dated 28.07.2022 in Crime No.165 of 2022.

2. It is seen that this Court imposed condition to the petitioner only for four weeks.

3. Therefore, this Court finds no merits in this petition to relax the condition imposed already by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 17708 of 2022 on 28.07.2022.

Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
