Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the third respondent to search and produce the petitioner's daughter namely P.Muthulakshmi aged about 19 years before this Court from the illegal custody of the fourth respondent and set her at liberty.

(The Order of the Court was made by M. M.SUNDRESH,J.,) The petitioner is the mother of the detenue who is allegedly under the illegal custody of the 4th respondent. She has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the 3rd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent for the production of the detenue before this court.

2. Today, the detenue is present before us. She is a major. On enquiry, she has expressed her willingness to go with the petitioner, who is her mother.

3. Recording the statement of the detenue, this petition is closed and the detenue is set at liberty.
