ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 420, 323 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.247 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. This is the second anticipatory bail application before this Court. Earlier, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.13378 of 2020 dated 16.09.2020.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that earlier this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.13378 of 2020 dated 16.09.2020. He would further submit that they could not execute the sureties, hence, the present anticipatory bail application filed before this Court.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nothing survives in this petition. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is closed and time is granted to the petitioners to comply with the conditions in Crl.O.P.No.13378 of 2020 dated 16.09.2020, is further extended by a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
