Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to regularize the petitioner's service as Driver in the third respondent Municipality as per the Office order bearing Reference No.8102/B2/YM/2008 dated 04.08.2008 and on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 07.05.2018. Mr.C.T.Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader (Pondicherry) takes notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that appropriate orders will be passed by the second respondent on the representation dated 07.05.2018 of the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
