The wife is the petitioner in transfer C.M.P.No.194 of 2016 and the husband is the respondent. The husband filed H.M.O.P.No.4315 of 2013 on the file of the Family Court, Chennai and it is now pending on the file of the II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai. On the ground of inconvenience, the petitioner/wife has sought an order transferring the said case from the file of the II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai to the file of the Family Court at Chengalpet, namely the Court having jurisdiction over the place of her residence.

2. After arguing for a while, the learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that since the case is posted with short intervals so as to cause inconvenience to the petitioner, she is forced to seek a transfer to any other Judge of the Family Court at Chennai, not pressing her prayer for transferring the case to Family Court, Chengalpet. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for the transfer of the case from the II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai to any other Judge of the Family Court, Chennai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
