(This case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal original petition has been filed for the relief to call for the records pertains to unumbered MP No.2019, dated 08.05.2019 in STC No.962 of 2015 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvottriyur and to set aside the same.

2. Today, when the petition came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petition mentioned case i.e. STC No.962 of 2015, has been disposed of and in which the petitioner herein was acquitted.

3. Recording the said submission this Criminal Original petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
