This petition is filed to condone the delay of 38 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2. Heard the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the petitioner/appellant.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits he has no objection in allowing the petition, seeking to condone the delay.

4. We have gone through the petition and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein and having regard to the above submission of the learned counsel appearing for the other side, the delay of 38 days in filing the above Writ Appeal is condoned.
