PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.17663 of 2020 dated 19.11.2020.

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.17663 of 2020 dated 19.11.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would also submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17663 of 2020 dated 19.11.2020 is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
