ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.240 of 2022 on the file of 1st respondent. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and the draft final report is ready and the same will be filed before the concerned jurisdictional Court. 3.

In view of the above submissions, there is no scope for interfering with the FIR at this stage and hence, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to file the final report as against the adult accused person before the concerned Jurisdictional court and as against the 2nd petitioner before the Juvenile Justice Board within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
