This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 5 days in filing the review application.

Heard Mr.Goutham S. Raman, learned counsel appearing for Mr.V.Ramamurthy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.G.Hema, learned counsel for the first respondent.

The second respondent having been served through private notice and since there is no representation, having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 5 days in filing the review application is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
