Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions that the petitioner shall appear before the Special Judge Chief Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal, Namakkal District on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m till the disposal of the Appeal imposed in Crl.A.No.232 of 2018, dated 09.04.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRAKASAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court while suspending the sentence pending appeal, imposed condition to appear before the trial Court once in a month. This order was passed very recently. Hence, there is no necessity to relax the condition within a period of two months. Hence, the petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition after six months.
