The applicants assert that they are the sons and legal heirs of the deceased. In support of this assertion, the death certificate of the third respondent and the family certificate has been annexed.

2. Upon perusal thereof, this application is liable to be allowed. Consequently, this application is allowed as prayed for. The consequential amendments in Comp.A.No.1718 of 2008 shall be carried out by the applicants therein on or before 12.07.2023 and a copy of the amended application shall be served on the other parties on 19.07.2023.
