2 MR.AMMAVASAI, Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.OP.15602 of 2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to Dispense with the personal appearance of petitioners in C.C.No.187 of 2013 on the file of court of Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, Chennai, pending disposal of the above CRL.OP.15602/2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.OP.NO.15602 of 2018 On the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.I.AROCKIA SELVARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner AND OF Mr.KRITIKA KAMAL.P. Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioners are directed to surrender before the trial Court within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file an application under Section 436 of Cr.P.C. for bail. On such filing, they shall be released on bail on executing a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties. Thereafter, the presence of the

petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with until disposal of Crl.O.P.No.15602 of 2018.
