ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.511 of 2016 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur and quash the same.

2.This Court passed the following order on 25.07.2019:

"This Court has already passed an order in Crl.O.P.No.7763 of 2018 dated 07.02.2019, directing the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur to complete the proceedings within a period of three months. The Judicial Magistrate, Alandur is directed to file a report before this Court regarding the stage of proceedings. The report has to reach this Court on or before 05.08.2019". 3.The learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, has sent a report dated 05.08.2019. It is seen from the report that the case has been transferred and re-transferred between the learned Special Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, atleast twice and therefore there is absolutely no progress in this case. Court was also not complied with due to this confusion. The case is now at the stage of examination of P.W.3 before the learned Special Judicial Magistrate, Alandur. 4.In the facts and circumstances of this case, the case papers shall immediately be transferred to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, who shall continue with the trial and conduct the proceedings on a day to day basis. The proceedings shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. A report shall be sent to this Court after the completion of the proceedings.

5.With these directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
