The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.07.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 408, 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC in crime No.90 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner without the consent of the de-facto complainant has drawn an amount of Rs.89,00,000/- and transferred into his account. Hence, the complaint.

3. There are totally two accused, in which the petitioner is arrayed as A1. The petitioner, so far cheated Rs.89,00,000/- by forging the signature of the Waqf Board. So far, no recovery is made.
