The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.06.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 294(b), 307, 302, 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.499 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The petitioner has been detained under Goondas Act. Therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.
