(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) Seeking extension of parole already granted by this Court dated 24.11.2020, the present petition has been filed. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the younger son of the convict is in serious condition and seeks extension of leave.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor seeks time to verify the same.

4.Considering the above, the leave already granted is extended till 05.01.2021 on the very same conditions as ordered in the earlier order dated 24.11.2020.
