2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the order copy in Crl.O.P.Nos.16820 and 16821 of 2018 dated 10.08.2018.the satisfaction Court is mentioned as Judicial Magistrate No.1, Vellore, whereas the correct one is Judicial Magistrate-V, Vellore. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays to rectify the same.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds that due to typographical error, the satisfaction Court has been wrongly mentioned in the said order. Therefore, this Court is inclined to correct the order copy and mentioned the satisfaction Court as Judicial Magistrate-V, Vellore. All the other observations made in the earlier order dated 10.08.2018 shall remain intact.

4. Registry is directed to make necessary correction and issue a fresh order copy.
