This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 58 days in preferring the above Criminal Appeal in Crl.A.SR.No.38882 of 2025 against C.C.No.1444 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magistrate Level - II, Coimbatore dated 27.01.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Though the respondents have been served, they had not entered appearance either in person or through counsel.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 58 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
