Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on him in Crl.M.P.No. 1 of 2014 in Crl.R.C.No. 1053 of 2014 dated 16.10.2014 on such terms and condition, pass such further or other necessary orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of MR.HAROON ALRASHED FOR M/S.T.S.GOPALAN AND CO Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURYA PRAKASH Government ADvocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Seeking to relax the condition already imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2014 in Crl.RC.No.1053 of 2014, the petitioner is before this Court with this miscellaneous petition. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and hence, the conditions may be relaxed.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the earlier conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2014 in Crl.RC.No.1053 of 2014 dated 16.10.2014.
4. In view of the above, the condition already imposed on the petitioner by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court, once in six months i.e. first working day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. This miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
