2. Mr.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent would submit that this tender Notification, dated 16/11/2020 has been withdrawn by the second respondent, for certain reasons and therefore, this writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
