Crl.M.P.No.13314 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No. 18550 of 2022 G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 18550 of 2022 dated 05.08.2022 that "the petitioner to report before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., for a period of six weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation".
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18550 of dated 05.08.2022.
3. Considering the said submission, this Court finds no ground to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18550 of dated 05.08.2022. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
