The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2018.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Manigopi, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent had already issued a notice to the petitioner calling upon her to appear for enquiry on 07.01.2021.

3. In these circumstances, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2018 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

law, after conducting enquiry, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
