CMP No.19523 of 2019 in C.M.A No.3350 of 2019 S.M.SUBRAMANIAM. J, This petition has been filed to direct the Registry to return the sum of Rs.8,873/- to the counsel for the appellant, namely N.B.Surekha.

2. In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Civil Miscellaneous Petition, the petitioner is entitled to get refund of court fees in accordance with the rules. The Registry is directed to refund the court fees by following the rules imposed.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
