ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of condition No.7(b) imposed by this Court in the order dated 22.04.2026 passed in Crl.O.P. No. 10176 of 2026, wherein the petitioner was directed to report before the learned Sessions Judge, Principal POCSO Court, Salem, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph No.7(b) of the order dated 22.04.2026 made in Crl.O.P. No. 10176 of 2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
