CMP.No.16281 of 2025 is filed to declare the petitioner as major in terms of Order 32 Rule 12 of CPC in CMA.No.2024 of 2017.
2. CMP.No.16280 of 2025 is filed to discharge petitioner's mother i.e., the 2nd respondent herein who represented as her natural guardian for the petitioner in CMA.No.2024 of 2017;
3. C.M.P.No.16227 of 2025 is filed to order payment out/handover the Fixed Deposit receipts and other compensatory benefits ( a sum of Rs.2,32,789/-) to the petitioner/3rd appellant in CMA.No.2024 of 2017; 4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/3rd appellant in CMA.No.2024 of 2017 submitted that the petitioner has attained majority on 07.05.2025, hence it is necessary to declare the petitioner as major and consequently discharge petitioner's mother, who represented as her natural guardian in CMA.No.2024 of 2017 from the guardianship of the petitioner/3rd appellant. He further submitted that as per the order passed by this Court in CMA.No.2024 of 2017 dated 18.12.2018, the petitioner seeks to order
payment out/handover the fixed deposit receipts which was deposited in the nationalised bank by the Registrar General of this court for a sum of Rs.2,32,789/- towards her share of compensation awarded in CMA.No.2024 of 2017.

In view of the above, this court passes the following order; ● The petitioner namely R.S.Sreepriya is declared as major. ● The mother of the petitioner namely, P.Shoba, is hereby discharged from the guardianship of the petitioner. ● The fixed Deposit Receipts and other compensatory benefits to the tune of Rs.2,32,789/- deposited towards the share of petitioner/3rd appellant in CMA No.2024 of 2017 as per the order made by this Court dated 18.12.2018 in CMA.No.2024 of 2017 are ordered to be handed over to the petitioner herein.
