O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) This was a suo motu proceeding. But, we notice now the identity of the subject matter with the subsequent writ petition being W.P.No.21267 of 2014. We had called for the current status report to be filed in terms of order dated 01.07.2015, which has not been filed. We are now informed by the petitioner in W.P.No.21267 of 2014 that the current position has already been stated in the counter-affidavit filed in the said writ petition, for which he has also filed a rejoinder.
2.We are, thus, of the view that the controversy may be examined in W.P.No.21267 of 2014 and the present writ petition be disposed of with a direction that the file be retained along with W.P.No.21267 of 2014. A copy of the current position as reflected in the counter-affidavit as well as in the rejoinder filed in W.P.No.21267 of 2014 be handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner in this writ petition.
