Pending Writ Petition, the respondents 6 to 9 were impleaded by order dated 12.09.2023 based on their application in W.M.P. No.3030 of 2023 which shows that they are also involved in the transaction of the properties of the Temple. Therefore, the Superintendent of Police, CBCID (SIT), Pondicherry, is directed to implead the respondents 6 to 19 as accused in this case.

2. Further, the Superintendent of Police, CBCID (SIT), is directed to implead the two Tahsildars who are involved in this land grabbing case and one Chandramohan, Registrar, Karaikal, and also the persons who are all directly or indirectly involved in this case, as accused and conduct investigation and file the outcome of the investigation/intermediate report before this Court on or before 22.12.2023.

3.List the matter on 22.12.2023.
