Respondent, Sub Registrar, Udumalpet, and direct him to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 31.05.2025 and place it before the Valuation Committee, for fixation of guideline value with respect to the subject property situate at Plots No.36 and 37, MVS Nagar Phase II, S.F.No.261/1B and 261/1A1, Somvarapatti Village, Udumalpet, Tiruppur District, measuring about 2.12 cents within a stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

ORDER
By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.05.2025 and to place it before the Valuation Committee for fixation of guideline value in respect of subject property comprised in S.F.Nos.261/1B and 261/1A1, measuring an extent of 2.12 cents, situated at Plot Nos.36 and 37, MVS Nagar Phase II, Somvarapatti Village, 2/5
Udumalpet, Tiruppur District, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
3.At the outset, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation dated 31.05.2025 made by the petitioner has been considered and as a matter of fact orders have been passed on 23.06.2025.
4.In view thereof, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
