Prayer in W.P.No.24930 of 2004: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent herein relating to Circuar No.13/2002 (Ppa.2/12819/2002) dated 16.04.2002 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to register the petitioners names in the 2 to 7 respondents Employment Exchanges without Evaluation Certificates.
