This Criminal Original Petition is filed to cancel the bail granted to the 2nd respondent in Crl.O.P.No.7537 of 2025, dated 19.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the defacto complainant submits that there was vital suppression of facts while obtaining anticipatory bail and therefore, the same is liable to be cancelled.

3. This Court, on going through the records, finds that the investigation in this case been completed and final report filed before the Judicial Magistrate - I, Poonamallee.

4. In view of the above, this Court is of the view that it is not appropriate to cancel the anticipatory bail already granted, provided the accused cooperate with the speedy disposal of the trial. The trial Court shall also take note of the fact that the complaint is of the year 2018 and necessary endeavour shall be made for early disposal.
