The respondent/caveator has been served with notice and he is represented by a counsel. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent does not have any objection for the transfer sought for in the transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. An endorsement to that effect has been made.

2. Recording the endorsement, the transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the I.D.O.P.No.105 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of the Principal District Court, Chengalpattu and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Chennai. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
