ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent police to register an FIR with respect to the complaint dated 21.06.2018 in C.No.3057/CCB/2018 and deal with the accused in accordance with law. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a regular case in Cr. No.332 of 2018 has been registered on 01.08.2018 under Section 506(1) IPC, Section 66-D of the Information Technology Act and Sections 3 and 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act.

Recording the above said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
