Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police once in a Week i.e on every saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further order imposed in Crl.M.P.No. 5371 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.6355 of 2018 dated 04.04.2018 by this Hon'ble Court and pass such other or further order as this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.PONRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this court in Crl.O.P.No.6355 of 2018 dated 07.03.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the condition for the past 103 days.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

4. Taking into consideration of the the petitioners are regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court for the past 103 days, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.6355 of 2018 dated 07.03.2018 is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent as and when required by the respondent.
