(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that during the intervening period, certain development has taken place and the writ appeal has become infructuous.

2. In view of the above, this writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, CMP No.20925 of 2021 is also dismissed.
