The petitioner seeks a direction for early disposal of the suit in OS.No.2323 of 2012 pending on the file of the II-Additional District Munsif Court, Coimbatore. Considering the limited prayer sought for, notice to the respondents is deemed unnecessary.

2.Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2012 and the suit was posted in the special list as early as on 27.10.2017, the II-Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore is directed to dispose of the suit in OS.No.2323 of 2012 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of either the web copy or certified copy of this order.

3.This civil revision petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
