Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that petitioner shall report the Respondent police daily at 10.30 by the Hon'ble High Court in Crl.O.P.No.12210 of 2018 order dated 03.05.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.M.SUBRAMANIAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this court in Crl.O.P.No.12210 of 2018 dated 03.05.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition for the past 46 days.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

4. Taking into consideration of the the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court for the past 46 days, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12210 of 2018 dated 03.05.2018 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent as and when required by the respondent.
