O R D E R

(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) Notice which is accepted by learned counsel for the respondents Nos.1 to 4.

2. The petitioner claims that the third respondent has still not started the construction work for the Permanent Direct Paddy Procuring Centre to be located at S.No.80/28 (in 80/2) in T.Agaram Village, Pennadam post, Tittagudi Taluk, Cuddalore District, despite the fact that the funds have been sanctioned and made available. It is his say that impediments were caused earlier by filing of suit and writ petition which has since failed and though he has made numerous representations, it has elicited no response.

3. In view of the aforesaid, it is directed that the third respondent should look into the matter within a maximum period of two months of the receipt of the order and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner, after notice to all concerned.

4. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
