ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.5497 of 2025 dated 05.08.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.5497 of 2025 dated 05.08.2026. Accordingly, the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., till the charges are framed and thereafter on all hearing dates without fail" is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the charges are framed and thereafter on all hearing dates without fail. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.
