Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that after filing of the Writ Petition, a Memorandum of Settlement dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

28.07.2020 was entered between the parties under Section 18(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, in which the Respondent has received the sum of Rs. 7,50,000/- towards full and final settlement of his dues claimed from the Petitioner, and a copy of the same has been produced through e-mail dated 05.08.2020, after sending a copy to the Learned Counsel for the Respondent. In view of the subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition.
