2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
3. Mr.E.Vijay Anand, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 and he has no serious objection in allowing these petitions.
4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, these petitions are ordered and the delay is condoned.
5. Registry is directed to number the appeals and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
