2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6430 of 2026 dated 16.03.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Session Magalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court) Tiruppur, every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
