Petitioner has filed this petition seeking transfer of the F.C.O.P.No.4251 of 2015 pending on the file of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai to the file of Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruvannamalai.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent has raised serious objection informing that as a doctor working at Corporation hospital, Chennai, he being away from Chennai would cause the respondent grave inconvenience.

4.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner/wife is also a doctor and she seeks transfer on the ground that she has to take care of 1 1/2 years old child. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the rival submissions made, particularly taking note of Section 19(iii) of Hindu Marriage Act, this Court directs transfer of F.C.O.P.No.4251 of 2015 pending on the file of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai to the file of Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruvannamalai. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, accordingly, is ordered. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
