2. The petitioners seek a direction for early disposal of the appeal in A.S.No.14 of 2014 pending on the file of the learned Sub-Court, Poonamalle.

3. From the E-Court extract that has been filed, it is seen that the appeal has been adjourned for arguments right from 25.01.2017. Considering the same and the fact that the 1st petitioner is 86 years old, the learned Sub-Judge, Poonamalle is directed to dispose of the appeal within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order in this Revision.
