Respondent Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the impugned notice No.Nil, dated Nil which was received by the petitioner on 15.3.2013, insofar it relates to registered sale deed, registered as document No.2775 of 2012 dated 22.3.2012, on the file of the respondent and to quash the same.

Heard Mr.S.Saravanan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.P.Purushothaman, learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already remitted the entire amount to the respondent and the Sale Deed was also executed in favour of the petitioner and the same has been released. Hence, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. In the light of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
