This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to complete the investigation in FIR No.6 of 2018 and take further action against the respondents 2 and 3 in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the 1st respondent and perused the materials placed on record. 3.Today, Mr.A.V.Ragupathi, Sub Inspector of Police, DCB, Vellore is present before this Court.

4.On the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.6 of 2018 on 26.02.2018 under Sections 120B, 420 and 249[b] IPC against Pradeep [A1] and Dharsan [A2]. While so, the de facto complainant has filed the present petition for further investigation on the ground that the Police have not even arrested the accused.

5.Learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that the anticipatory bail petition filed by the accused in Crl.O.P.No.16820 and 16821 of 2018 are pending. 6.In the considered opinion of this Court, a direction for further investigation can be granted, only after completion of the investigation by the Police. In this case, investigation is in progress and just because, the Police have not arrested the accused, further investigation cannot be ordered.

However, this Court directs the Deputy Superintendent of Police, DCB, Vellore to monitor the investigation in Crime No.6 of 2018 that is being conducted by the Inspector of Police, DCB.
