When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the present petition has been filed to open the Financial bid in respect of its E-Tender bearing Tender ID/E-Bid No.2023_AAI_153074_1. He further submitted that the said tender itself is cancelled. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the first respondent confirmed that the tender itself cancelled on 07.08.2023.

3. Recording the above submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, no further adjudication is necessary in this writ petition.
